What are Fybogel sachets?
Fybogel Sachets helps to naturally add bulk to your stool, making it easier to pass. This product is easy-to-use and is a plain version of the popular Fybogel product to help increase the fibre in your diet, helping your digestive system work more efficiently. It gently relieves constipation without straining or discomfort.
Fybogel contains the active ingredient Ispaghula Husk, which is a bulk-forming laxative that can help you to pass stools more easily. It works by helping your stools to retain fluid to make them softer and easier to pass.

Warnings and Precautions
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age
Do not take this product within ½ to 1 hour before or after the following medicines:
Insulin – if you are diabetic and use insulin
Medicines for thyroid problems
Do not use if:
You have a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than two weeks
You are suffering from a blockage of the bowel
You have a weakness in the bowel wall
You have naturally slow gut movement
You have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems
You are allergic to any of the ingredients this product contains
Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if:
You have phenylketonuria
You are suffering from undiagnosed rectal bleeding and are unable to pass stools following the use of laxatives
You have symptoms that have worsened or haven’t improved after 3 days
Ingredients
Each single dose sachet contains 3.5g Ispaghula Husk.
Other ingredients are potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, riboavin sodium phosphate, beta-carotene, aspartame (E951), saccharin sodium, polysorbate 80 and silica colloidal anhydrous.
