The active ingredient in this cream is heparinoid, which is an anticoagulant that thins the blood, preventing blood clots.

You are allergic to any of the ingredients this cream contains
You have broken skin, or large areas of skin
You have inflammation in the mouth, eyes, genitals, or back passage
