Liquivisc Eye Gel 10G

What is Liquivisc Eye Gel?

Liquivisc eye gel is used for the symptomatic treatment of dry eye syndrome.

It can be used for up to 4 weeks after first opening.

What is the Active Ingredient in Liquivisc and what does it do?

The Active Ingredient in Liquivisc is Carbomer 947P which is a synthetic polymer. , It works by producing a clear, moistening lubricant that forms a film on the surface of the eye, creating artificial tears to soothe dry eyes. As carbomer 947P clings to the surface of the eye and is not easily washed away it keeps uncomfortable symptoms away for longer.

What symptoms does Liquivisc help with?

Soreness

Burning

Irritation

Dryness

This is caused by the eyes not producing enough tears.
